Sam has been out to fix our washer dryer on two occasions and both times we were left hugely impressed by his efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. When an expensive appliance goes wrong you are often left worrying about an expensive repair, but Catriona is so helpful on the phone and provides complete transparency with pricing which puts you immediately at ease. Fantastic service. Most recently for washing machine issues. Have used Safe and Sound for well over 10 years for both our own appliance repairs as well as in tenanted properties. This company is amazing. I rang and asked if someone could come and replace a door seal on my washer dryer. I told the lady that I had ordered the part. She double checked on her computer system to make sure I had ordered the correct part. It turned out I had not. I was able to order the correct part. Sam arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and informative. He was following all the Covid guidelines with mask and gloves, he had his disinfectant wipes with him. I was extremely glad I had not attempted to replace the seal myself. It was not as easy as it looked. He did a fabulous job. He rang a quick cycle to make sure there were no leaks. He wiped the machine down and wiped the floor where he had been. I would have no hesitation in using this family business again and recommending them. Thank you for such great service.
