My partner has been using safe local trades for a few years now, being impressed by the service I have also joined. We are very confident in using their service and will continue to do so knowing that their tradesman are interviewed, DBS checked and vetted before becoming a member. Because of this I expect to see their tradesman having mostly excellent or good reviews, although I have seen a few negative ones. I have even known of a tradesman no longer being a member most likely due to the many negative reviews he had recieved so I do not see why some Google reviews for safe local trades imply they do not post bad reviews, to me this is clearly incorrect. These people are probably just mad because safe local trades would not allow them to post inaccurate, deflamatory reviews and quite rightly so. Remember there is always two sides to the story. I would expect safe local trades to not only protect their consumers from rogue traders but also their tradesmen from defamation. Safe local trades is an excellent online service and I highly recommend using them to find a reputable tradesman.

Just wanted to say this is my go to for any jobs and I have never been let down.
I have been a member of SLT for 3 years and its been a brilliant company to work with i had my first job within 12 hours of joining. It's a straight forward joining process no hidden fees Eileen came and round and went through everything required. for me it has been a fantastic platform to get work and promote my business through building up reviews. The back up support is great, always able to answer my questions and help when needed.
Traders, join Safe Local Trades and never get another bad review because they refuse to post them. According to their site all traders are wonderful people who turn up on time and do a fantastic job! YEAH RIGHT of course they are.

Poor poor poor company no idea how to look after there tradesmen but happy to take there money Be aware trades people do not join this service as you will not get many leads and this service will cost you more than you get back from it
