Unit was old with major repair work that they attempted to fix on-site. I was super busy and alone before party so I didn't check the unit before they left (I should have), but found out it smelled like they pulled it out of wet storage and it was completely filthy. I wondered why they asked for towels. Person I spoke to promised me that it was the last year they used that particular one. One of the kid's got their toe stuck and began bleeding from a hole they were caught in. I attempted to contact the owners with minimal response after I described the problem. I called later for a different party trying to give them a chance for redemption and left voicemail and finally heard back 8 days later. If you are renting from these people ask how old the model is and make sure you check everything before they leave. I rented afterwards with Bounce Around rentals and they were top-notch. It was clean... the family themselves came out to set up and they just seemed like they were honest and proud over what they presented to me. I honestly think one star is too much credit for this type of business.

Terrible experience. They have not answered any of my calls or emails regarding over 100 they owe me. They were supposed to mail me a check and i have not recieved it. Went to the store and no one was there. So unless something magical happens looks like they stole over 100 from me after THEY canceled on me. Personally, i highly recommend everyone goes somewhere else. UPDATE: After a week of calling, texting and emailing, they FINALLY got back to me. They supposedly mailed me a check over a week ago. But she asked me today if i can come in and just pickup the cash they owe me.. now if they mailed me a check then why would i have to come pickup the cash... BECAUSE they NEVER mailed me the refund check. With that being said, I still DO NOT RECCOMEND. If I wouldn't have been persistent with getting my money back, they never would have gave it back. But because I harrassed them everyday, they decided to get back to me.
I've rented here from the past 2 years for my son. They're so prompt and polite and best of all very affordable!
