Sadlergates catering. There home delivery service has been excellent and efficient. They offer all the essential items delivered to your door. This has meant I've only need to go out once a week. They provide an essential service during this difficult time. I would highly recommend sadlergates catering.

We booked Sadlergate To You for a 50th Birthday Party and we were very impressed. Nathan and his team were extremely professional, and the food was delicious. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
I saw a advert for these guys on instagram. I thought I would give them ago as the has some essentials online that I needed and couldn’t get hold of as I am currently not leaving the house due to health risk. I have just received an email from the director who explained they do not normally offer this service but due to what’s happening at the minute they took on home delivery service with essential items. I can not rate them highly enough. Prompt delivery everything I needed was delivered. The only downside I’d say was there wasn’t more items but then I would of spent more money. Just brilliant. Thank you for your service to the community in this time of need
I placed an order for my parents yesterday afternoon and Sadlergates delivered it this morning! What a brilliant company. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using their services again. Knowing that a company is so reliable and caring in this current situation is a great weight off my mind.
I would give zero stars if possible. I placed and paid for an order online with this company on July 9th 2020 for a socially distant buffet in my garden for a very special family occasion on 19th July 2020. I checked the distance from Sadlergates Derby to my house - 24 minutes. On the day everything was ready and I was thinking that this could be the way forward for family gatherings, rather than going out for meals as I am elderly and vulnerable, and I was excited and just waiting for the buffet to be delivered (it said when I ordered that it would be delivered by lunchtime). 12 pm came and went, guests arrived, still no food. I tried to ring them - no reply , left a voicemail, started an online chat - no one online, messaged them on Instagram, no reply. No food ever turned up. The party was ruined for me as I felt stressed and angry the whole afternoon. My son eventually managed to contact someone from the company on Facebook in the evening - who flippantly said sorry, we don't deliver to your address and so we passed it on to another company and we don't know why they didn't deliver any food - that was it. There have been no follow up explanations from them today. This is not good enough - they should have informed me if they could not deliver to an address 24 minutes away and I would have ordered from elsewhere. I never have cause to write negative reviews but I felt I had to in this case as I don't want anyone to be placed in the same situation as I was yesterday and as far as I can tell they couldn't care less. What a disgrace!
