I came to Sue a couple of years ago following some major health issues and after being advised by my doctor that I should take up Pilates to address some the after affects of treatment. Sue is kind and professional and thoroughly assessed my needs before we commenced. I felt in a bit of a mess so had 6 one on one sessions before I joined class, but after the first session there was a vast improvement in my strength and stability just by Sue showing me how to improve my posture and by doing a few simple exercises. Within weeks I felt like I had my life back. The weekly classes are well structured and always enjoyable, as the exercises change regularly and Sue has a great sense of humour, whilst always keeping a close watch on each individual's needs.

Sue is a true professional. She is experienced and well qualified with training in Physiotherapy. I am already benefitting after attending classes for just a few weeks. I feel stronger and most importantly cared for as an individual.

Sue is a well-trained and professional Pilates teacher. She clearly explains what is required in her small classes and makes the effort to listen to each and every one of her students. I always feel better afterwards!

I am new to pilates but feel that Sue has helped me understand the basic techniques and tailors the exercises to my particular needs as a person with osteoporosis. The small classes mean that I feel I am getting individual attention. I would not hesitate to recommend Sue's classes to anyone else considering taking up pilates.

I've attended Sue's Pilates classes for over a year now and believe they've significantly contributed towards reducing an ongoing back problem. I really enjoy the weekly classes which deliver varied programmes that build up over consecutive weeks. A major benefit is the learning I've taken away to improve my posture and how I move myself day to day. As a keen Yogi I've been won over by Sue's Pilates and feel this knowledge is contributing and improving my yoga practice as well. Sue is super qualified and as a fully trained physiotherapist you can trust you're in very competent hands.
