The customer service is ridiculously bad. I feel like they want you to quit your subscription. The paper is not delivered at least one day a week. For the past 10 years, I have never received any assistance with the delivery issues. I have quit off and on. They recently doubled the price due to a \transportation fee\. Stick to online news and don't support their website.
Unbelievable bias for a ridiculous price. Never any comprehensive journalism. Enough with the paywalls, make some decent news for once please.
This company is out of control. Their prices are outrageous. I canceled my subscription and now I received a notice from a collection Agency that I owe 87 for the Sac Bee subscription that I canceled. The letter also states that they have tried to contact me many times for payment. Not true. They have never contacted me in any way. The reason your paper needs to charge so much is because you have leveraged yourself into debt to buy other overpriced newspapers. You think your subscribers and the government will bail you out. No way. You are too stupid to believe. Your business wont be around within the next 15 years
I watch a newspaper person read a note to left for them; it reads please leave the newspaper on an AC. This neighbor, is elderly and can’t pick it up from the ground. The newspaper person just tossed the paper on the ground...
