Paid for Sunday’s and was supposed to get digital with subscription. They have poor tech and the site won’t work. Tried over several days. Poor doesn’t begin to describe this mess.

Constantly having problems with my delivery. When I call the bee I'm either told they'll get it out to me and it never shows up or I'm told there's nothing they can do would I like a credit. On weekends you can't even get a hold of anyone. Pay a lot of money to have the paper delivered and it would be nice if I could count on it to be there in the morning when I'm looking forward to reading it. So here I am on another Sunday without my newspaper. Seems like the bee just doesn't care one way or the other.

Our family has had the same issues many of the reviewers have mentioned. We did not renew our subscription in December 2017. We had paid for the subscription through January 28, 2018. The paper kept coming after that date and then we took a vacation in February...and it still came. We called the customer service number and we're connected to a woman in India. We told her we did not renew our subscription. We've made eight phone calls regarding this manner. The customer service number redirected us to people in India, the Philippines and Mexico. Nobody seems to be in charge. This past Saturday we got a letter from a collection agency representing the Bee asking for 57. We don't owe the Bee anything. This is a sorry end to a once proud organization. We are considering starting a class action suit...there sure seems to be a lot of people who are upset with the paper. Post script: We called the customer service line again this morning and spoke to a woman in the Philippines. We explained the situation to her. She apologized and said there must have been a glitch in the system. We asked for a letter to us stating this. She said an email will be written to us within 24 hours indicating that no money was owed the Sacramento Bee.

Reading some of these other reviews reinforces the fact that unfortunately, not everybody thinks like me, pity, . . . very happy with the service, thank you Bee.

Subscribed back in August for the 13 week 7 day service. It was alright but majority of the time my news paper were ripped or torn. Didnt really like that but it is what it is. After my subscription was up i didnt renew nor did I want too. They kept calling and asking me if i wanted to renew and I never answered the phone. Now today I got a letter from a collection agency saying I owed Sacramento Bee 25 dollars. Arm Solutions is threatening to ruin to my credit if I dont pay up explaining I was repeatedly contacted to pay the debt by Sacramento Bee which never happened. The only things I got were letters and calls about deals to renewing my subscription. Why would I owe 25 dollars if I never renewed my subscription. If i did why was I not contacted like an adult and ask to pay charges I had no clue I needed to pay. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! Reading other comments they probably extended my length of time without my permission and now want money back and decided to ruin my credit with Arm Solutions. I will be calling these bastards tomorrow but save your credit from these scamming bastards.
