Despite being located in a quiet estate, a lovely place to eat. Staff very friendly and helpful, and delicious food served relatively quickly. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend, and will use again.

Love the food here. Since moving from North London to South, I find its alot harder to come across authentic restaurants. This is the best one I have come across on both sides of the river, the food tastes like home cooking and the people working for the restaurant are so genuine and nice. The atmosphere is very relaxed and nice, The only downsides are that sometimes it's cold in the restaurant (I'm always cold anyway) but they are happy to turn up the heat. And that there is a table near the toilet with a low partition, it would be better if there was more of a partition for the toilets but that's a personal preference. Other than that I can't fault this place at all. Try the lamb anawaka it's to die for.
The Sabir is hidden away in a small precinct that looks as if you’re going back to the late 60s early 70s and you’re wondering if Till Death us do Part will be on the Telly when you get back home. Quite bizarre. We had a curry for two as a gift given to us and it was for this restaurant.
