Love the hotel so much. Thank god it's in Sabinov. The food is great, just love it. I think people will be happy with everything...Kind and smiling staff members. And also it looks modern everywhere so... I am giving it 5 stars.

Excellent hotel. Quiet with comfortable bed. Breakfast is hearty and restaurant is very good. Hotel Torysa is a perfect hotel for the business traveller or tourist wanting to visit the many sights of Eastern Slovakia. I highly recommend!

I love the restaurant, the food was perfect although for the breakfast they should give more fresh white bread. I give a worse rate because we had some problems with the hotel. They have nice and clean rooms but in our room the airconditioning didn't work and it was 36 degrees outside. It means in the room it's around 40 because we had only 1 small window what you couldn't open just like half so the warm stayed inside. We couldn't sleep for 4 nights and they didn't do anything. They wanted to give us another room without airco. Also no windows in the hall so even if we opened the door it was like a sauna. Some people from the staff spoke really good English but some almost nothing so we had some problems... They washed our clothes and from my boyfriend's shirt they took out the colour somehow but we didn't want to complain anymore because we were tired from the place. It supposed to be a perfect hotel for this price but it's not. At least we didn't pay for the wash because the airco didn't work so we had a deal... We had a kitchen in the room but with no reason cause there are no plates, glasses or even a knife or something. So we couldn't use it to be honest. If you get hungry and the restaurant is closed you should make a sandwich by your hand...
The place is just ok, but nothing more. It looks kinda like a ghost hotel. You come to reception - nobody there. You wait for a minute or two, wave into the camera, somebody comes from behind. The same thing in restaurant for dinner, the same thing with breakfast (you have to order it). I stayed for two days, every single time I had to wait. Ain't nobody got time for that. The Wi-Fi is very unstable, disconnecting all the time. For work nothing great, for videos very disturbing, for gaming unusable. Also it's not password protected at all, which is unsafe. Finally there was one power outlet in whole room. Under the table 3 meters from the bed. You would like to charge the phone overnight and use it as an alarm clock? Or perhaps have a notebook in bed and on charger? Tough luck.
