A superb team from the initial contact, to the finished job. Attention to detail, care and passion to exceed your expectation. A Great value solution to bring the carpets in a rental house back to their original condition.

I have been using SMS Carpet Cleaning for a few years now to ensure the carpets in my rental properties are always kept looking their best. The amount of dirt their machines can bring out is truly amazing and as you can see from the photos it really does make a MASSIVE difference. In terms of the office staff I usually speak with Kelly, she is AMAZINGLY responsive, I recently emailed them on a Sunday afternoon and was totally blown away to get a reply within 2 hours! Yes on a Sunday too! She is always happy to help. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.
Excellent service. Very punctual too.
Pete visited me yesterday to correct my bodged attempts to remove black oil stains from a beige carpet... Whilst he must see things like this every day he was lovely and didn't make me feel an idiot... I wasn't expecting him to be a miracle worker BUT somehow he managed to get rid of my mess and now it's as good as new. Not only that but he then cleaned the stairs so all of the carpet was clean - 72.00 inc VAT - bargain! I now know to never ever use shop bought carpet cleaners; leave it to the professionals and I would recommend SMS Carpet Cleaning.
I can 100% recommend the carpet and window cleaning service. We have been clients for over 8 years and moved recently. They fitted us in at short notice for the carpets, which have cleaned up fabulously, despite, the challenge that grime from family life, dogs, cats, sons and living in a muddy rural environment has on them. They are quick and efficient, helpful and reliable. Highly recommended, wish we could take them with us to our next home.
