Always get my Seville oranges for the annual marmalade ritual in January from them and often buy items in passing at other times. It is the only specialist fruit shop around and needs to be supported.

Extremely rude lady. Surely you should be welcoming and appreciating local people for coming to your shop and supporting you in this current situation. I really wish I didn't bother, and won't be supporting you again moving forward. Lots of people have said this about your shop and now I have witnessed it first hand. Completely out of order!
Rude and patronising staff. Nothing on sale to put up with such awful people, will be taking my custom elsewhere as it has happened twice now and I've only been there three times.
Quality of veg is actually awful. Do you just buy all of the bargain going out of date products from the wholesaler? The older staff are so rude! I love shopping and supporting local, but unfortunately I won't be buying from here again. Such attitude! You're only selling veg, not crack!
We are so lucky to have a shop like this in frome at this time. The staff are great and without fault .
