Do not use. We paid in advance for a special order part. Shane kept either ignoring calls or making excuses as to why he could not fit. After two months we lost patience and requested a refund, which he agreed to. Now, five months down the line we are going through court to reclaim the money. The man is a crook.

Turned up and fitted my tracker, all very nice and efficient. But from day one I kept getting alerts every time I drove. Contacted the supplier and Shane came out again. Said it was sorted. No, I was still getting alerts. Got in touch with Shane and was told he didn't know what it could be. Called the tracking company again.Two weeks later Shane was booked to come out again, I confirmed this the day before, unfortunately he didn't bother to turn up. Not even a phone call or text to say he couldn't make it. Eventually, after about seven or eight weeks of alerts the supplier sent a different engineer, who has fixed the problem first time. He informed me he was having to go round the area sorting out a few faults.

Thanks to Shane I now have a working hands free Parrot kit having been told that it needed replacing rather than mended. Shane mended it for a fraction of the price of replacing it. Thanks for being so honest Shane unlike the original fitter. Will definitely use again. :0)
