Hot Shot is the name of my pinball machine,I am about to drop it off at their shop for small repairs,replace bumpers and replace 1 solenoid...I will give a true and accurate review after the fact. I give a rating of 1 to 10 as far as price, convenience, and longevity of the stay in out of service status...more to come... totally lame.. the guy Steve there gave nothing but lip service said he had 50, 000 worth of work and yet couldn't hire anyone to answer the phone. It was the old I'll get to it when I get to it Motto. Would not recommend for quick convenient service

Was new to buying and refurbishing a gottlieb pinball machine. 100% novice. Without these guys who knows. Steve has made a trade out of proper customer service. Meaning he informs you of your choices and opitions. Unlike the common, oh surpise quote and labor per say in many other industries. He marked the bill and hit his target. True talent and care. In the arcade and pinball arena we are lucky he keeps it going.
