I have been using Putzfrauenagentur for the last 5 years and I highly recommend them: for their clear contract, responsiveness and their cleaning persons being efficient and trustworthy. For the first session, one manager from the firm and the designated cleaner are present. You go together through the apartment and decide what you want to be done. This is all written down in a form that all 3 parties will have at the end. I found this a great practice. Everyone is on the same page with expectations. There is also a contract signed including the key. When the cleaning person goes in vacation they offer someone else for replacement. Anytime, I wanted to change the hour or add a new cleaning session they tried to accomodate and proposed solutions.

Company of liars, i cancelled the contract as they never managed to clean properly within reasonable amount of hours. Watch out that you can only cancel the contract after 3 months even if you are not happy with the service and trial cleaning they don't allow you to have. Very disappointed and don't recommend to anyone.

Arrogant and unprofessional. I required a check out cleaning and it took 2 weeks to finally get the person coming to see the flat after few cancellations at the last moment. And when she finally came all the questions were about agreeing to get a long term contract with them for the next flat. After i said that i'm not interested in long term cleaning, Manuela promised to make me an offer in 1-2 days and left. However no offer arrived from her and when i chased for a feedback she said that all their cleaning teams are not available at the date of cleaning and long after that. I didnt understand why i had to wait 2 weeks for her visit if she knew that they will not be able to clean. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
