I bought a scooter on the 22th of May 2020 and got it on the 26th of May, and with less than one month of use, on the 22th of June, with less than 500km and a full tank, it broke down at a red light and stopped working. It’s been over a week and they haven’t fixed it and every time I call they say something different and have refused to give me a new one. It was a brand new scooter that shouldn’t have broken down like that. Their customer service and their products are untrustworthy and terrible. And they lie!

Not a good customer service. And very complex queuing system, we ended up waiting 20 min almost... On a Saturday!
Extremely rude, uncooperative & unfriendly \service\ staff ! I took my car for wheel balancing. Once I got my car back, I found 1 wheel cap broken & all screw/bolt covers missing. Later on I had to buy 20 screw/bolt covers & 1 wheel cap from the original dealer. Simply horrible service ! Not to mention the horribly rude behaviour of the service guy ! NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS THANSEN BRANCH AGAIN !
My brand new motorcycle sounds as if the motor are falling apart, but their mechanic only comes in on Tuesdays, and if he has to order spare parts, it will take 14 days to do the repair. That's really not good enough!
