We ordered a laptop and air pods online, less than 24 hours before we visited the shop, so the order was not yet delivered. The service agent then managed to convert the order, so that we could receive the products immediately. Excellent customer service!

Had the Best service by the store manager, I bought an iMac pro, 27 inch, and he took me through everything, loan application, extra insurance, informed me very well, was very patient with all my questions! Despite this I missed some details and some things were presented different to me as a customer than what it looks to him in the system (he showed me on his screen!) I was not happy with the loan price and also the iMac was cheaper in another NON-Humac store. And he did all he could to adjust the loan options and the iMac price, needless to say he didn't want to loose the sale, but he was very very genuine and honest and super sweet helping with everything he could possibly do to make me a happy customer, and I was! I still am! He was so helpful! I also cancelled the insurance (as my own was the same) and there was no issues with that either! Really good experience overall!! To all the people that say the phone doesn't work, that is not the store in rødovre, it is because they have to call humac call center, no stores answer phones. ( as far as I understood from the store manager.)

Har ikke handlet der så meget før i tiden, men har handlet der en del for nyligt og hver eneste gang har servicen været fantastisk!
Ok service ville ikke oversælge
Super fed butik med produktet i fokus, man ved i hvert fald hvad man kan og skal købe. Der er masser at vælge i mellem, priser hænger godt sammen med produktet og deres kunnen. Desværre halter betjeningen en del efter: Man bliver sprugt om der kan hjælpes, men det er ikke altid lige med det samme eller den samme hjælp man kan få - Så skal man ikke sætte standarten så højt, hvis ikke den opfyldes hver gang. Personalet er imødekommende og hjælpsomme, men mangler lige det sidste skub.
