I asked Alison to help out with some tricky structural timber design for some stair / loft work. Due to Covid the work had to be done without a site visit. I was very happy with the level of service and the end result. Would highly recommend.

We consulted Alison when we were planning to knock through an upstairs wall and needed to know if it was safe to do so. She was affable, competent and knowledgeable, taking the time to talk us through her thinking and explain for us in laymans terms why she had concluded that the wall wasn't load bearing. After her visit she emailed us through a comprehensive report so that we had all the information we needed in writing. Altogether a great service, would highly recommend.
