I purchased a printer in Rymans Wimbledon back in June. It stopped working properly and as it was under guarantee they swapped it for me. I firstly wanted to thank the man who originally sold it me, he was super helpful and very professional. When I took the printer back they didn't have the same one available in Wimbledon. So the manager rang round loads of other stores trying to locate one. As i was in a hurry to get a replacement, her area manager went to the other shop in the city and drove the printer to Wimbledon for me to collect the very next day. I have never experienced customer service like this. They couldn't have done any more to help me. I cannot recommend Ryman enough. They have been AMAZING and I will always go back there for my stationary and encourage other people to do the same. Thanks again Rymans Wimbledon .

I have always received great customer service from both blackheath village branch and now here at the earls court road branch. I often get bits and bobs as well as the DHL services.. On sunday I did just that at earls court branch and I was assisted by Socratis. Cheerful helpful and very clear with his words even though it was tough to speak with the face mask. It feels great to see the body language and words being spoken aligns!!!! (as some seem cheerful but have a dead stare of boredom on their face)!!! Thank You Socratis and Heather (for calling me back when I had a query about my DHL delivery) of Earls Court Road Branch for a terrific customer service!!!

The delivery couriers you use are a joke, send you an email with a delivery time, they don't show, then say they've delivered it ON A SUNDAY but we work 7 days and it wasn't delivered, no neighbours to drop it with as all closed. Your service I cant fault but I would look at using a different courier, we will not use you again because of this. We even checked our CCTV and no delivery vehicle had been
