The Window Wizard have just replaced an entire conservatory roof for us. The service was excellent: the quote was competitive, they were very reliable, always turning up when they said and very good at communicating at all times. The team who did the work were very professional, helpful and friendly. The roof looks brilliant now and they were scrupulous about cleaning up the site when they had finished. We will definitely use these guys again if we need any more glazing of any sort. Highly recommended!
Great company. Window Wizard has replaced some windows and a front door for us. They are a great company to deal with - friendly, helpful and great customer service. We had some problems with our new front door (manufacturer fault rather than Window Wizard's). The effort they put in to resolving this problem was commendable - getting the fault put right, keeping us informed the whole way along and ensuring we were utterly satisfied afterwards. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Window Wizard and will gladly use them again. As well as their service and quality of work being terrific, I can vouch that their aftercare is equally good.
Perfect from start to finish I spoke with Sarah in the office and within 2 days Steve came around to give us a quote, there was no pressure and only helpful advice. We decided to go ahead with Window Wizard as Steve really made us feel at ease. Sarah kept up inform all the way through which was also really reassuring. The day of fitting arrived and I think our home was left cleaner than when they arrived!!!! The windows and door looks great... total transformed our house! Needed front porch doors urgently after windstorm damage and The WW responded quickly and professionally and did a good job. Had already booked in for a conservatory door and side windows replacement and this top was installed quickly to a good standard as a and when promised. Very personable and a service I would recommend.
