Beautiful house... so comfortable and works brilliantly for families. Owners have thought of everything you could want - very comfortable beds, spacious living areas, really beautifully decorated. And a couple of minutes walk to the most fabulous enormous sandy beach. Delightful town of Rye close by, as are lots of other places worth exploring. We all loved this place and would definitely book again.

If I could have given 6 stars I would have. beautifully and tastefully decorated, a fantastic location a minutes walk to the dunes and incredible beach, my family had the best time ever. genuinely can't remember staying in such a lovely place in the UK in a very very long time.
We had a perfect few days at Sandways. Great location with an easy 5 min walk to the beach. The house was stylish and everything we could need was provided. The garden was ideal for children and dogs, I can highly recommend this place.
A fabulous place to stay, the house is so well equipped and very tastefully decorated. An amazing kitchen/dining area which is perfect for family or friend get togethers and ideal for kids and dogs. The beach is a very short walk away over the dunes and a really nice bar/restaurant just a couple of minutes around the corner. We could not recommend Sandways more highly.
Sandways is one of those rare locations in the UK where you don't have to compromise on anything. The accommodation is extremely pleasing on the eye and when you're checking the brand of duvet cover as it's better than you're own, you know you're in a comfy bed. The beach at 5 mins walk away is stunning as any and as a lift off spot for all the coastal delights of the area, it's a perfect holiday spot.
Stayed at Sandways this weekend with some close friends and had the BEST time strolling on the beach and snuggling by the fire with wine, games & dancing. This house really has everything and some great places to eat just a short stroll away. Loved it. Can’t wait to return
Wonderful weekend at a fantastic property in the heart of Camber Sands. Everything you could possibly want from a beach holiday home and my husband Roy and I loved every minute. I would highly recommend this property given the idyllic views, proximity to the beach and Rye and the great facilities.
Love this place, stayed many times over the years - walking distance to the perfect beach, great walks, lovely pubs and just as cosy in winter as it is light and airy in summer. Great attention to detail inside from wood burners to comfy sofas to fluffy duvets. Lots of family space for all ages. Windows look out on fields of sheep and horses, plenty of garden to kick a football and even a giant trampoline.
