Double beef burger was awesome! Kids fried Mac and cheese was great too! Good value and great service! Will be back again Stayed in a beach front premium king suite and room is gigantic and very clean! My 10 month old had heaps of room to play. Had a nice stay with my family. Only down side was their portable cot did not have proper mattress.

Location location and location. this place has the best location. Cross the road is the beach, woolies and shops near by, pub and restaurant downstairs and only 8 minutes from Hot Spring, we had a great room, beautiful beach view, extra large beds and hot Spa bath tub.
Perfect location, spacious accommodation pool access rooms. Fantastic facilities with the hotel, drive through and nightly entertainment. The food was great! The staff are friendly and work hard.
We went to the Rye hotel for lunch on Easter Sunday and as new locals to the area we were not impressed the female staff serving at the Sports bar were extremely rude & impatient, we have to wonder why they work in hospitality if this is their attitude. If I were the Publican they would be sacked immediately. After 20 years of living in Mornington and Mt Martha, all our hotels there have fantastic staff who go above and beyond for their patrons, so we were surprised to be treated so badly in a very popular destination. Be careful how you treat people as you never know who you are dealing with!
Good old reliable. Good atmosphere, delicious parma. Gravy costs extra but they give you a giant amount of it on the side. Staff are friendly and accommodating. These guys have free EV charging in the parking lot which is very handy. My car charged while I ate lunch and had a cool drink. This establishment is Schweppes so you can order a Pepsi but not a coke :)
We were really impressed with the staff at this venue we walked in with three kids no booking and greeted with a welcoming smile. All of the staff that night were so pleasant and the meals came out super fast for peak dinner service. Would go back based on excellent customer service alone.
Had dinner at the Rye Hotel. It was a standard pub atmosphere with a nice indoor/outdoor dining area as well as indoor and outdoor seating options. There was a children’s Carnival over the road with loud music. The line to order food was long (20 min) but it was peak holiday season. I ordered the Garlic Prawns. It tasted good but wasn’t anything special. I tasted prawns, chilli, rice, parsley and garlic. If you’re looking for pub food that’s close to the beach this is the place to go.
Basic meals but delicious. The outdoor beer garden area is a great space to dine on a sunny day while kids have a play. Extremely friendly staff as well.
