Personnel were courteous, friendly, helpful and listened. They reacted quickly to my inquiry on-line and scheduled me so meet with someone and test drive the car I saw on-line and was primarily interested in driving. It was a quick, efficient and safe process. I would definitely recommend doing business again with these folks!

If I could give this place less than one start I would. Absolutely the most dreadful customer service I have ever encountered. After reserving a Bronco with them, when it became clear that I had to move the reservation to another dealership (because I moved and not anywhere near Rye Ford anymore) the salesperson (who is supposedly trying to SELL a car) got on the phone and condescendingly told me that he will not release my reservation, and that he can do whatever he wants with my order (which is NOT true). When I asked him to speak with a manager he told me that the manager would be back in a few days and to call back then. Absolutely abominable service. DO NOT BUY HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. AWFUL.

I purchased my first Subaru, a certified pre-owned Forester with the help of Michael at Rye Subaru. I had a great experience and found a car I absolutely love. About 2 months later, I experienced battery trouble and was of course very concerned about additional out of pocket expenses on a car so new to me. However, Rye Subaru troubleshooted the issue and replaced my battery with no charge or questions asked. I so appreciated the quality customer service, for what otherwise could have been a very frustrating experience. Thank you!
