The ppl behind the pharmacy still suck...this review has nothing to do with that portion of the store; however, Rochelle is AMAZING! I needed help with a passport photo and she helped me immediately. I got in and out in extremely fast and she was super sweet!

Me and my friends were browsing the store but we decided not to get anything. We instead went outside to wait for our friend (keep in mind me and my friends are kids). As we were waiting outside for our friend who was buying stuff, they told us to leave. And then while we were getting our bikes and about to leave, the manager came out and screamed at us. Terrible place to shop DO NOT COME‼️‼️

While QUIETLY browsing skincare and candles, a CVS employee approached my friend and I and said, "If you guys aren't going to buy anything, you can leave my store. I don't need this s&%t right now." I was completely taken by surprise considering that both my friend and I are KIDS ( 14 and 12 ), so for this employee to curse at us... it is just unprofessional. I understand that this place gets many noisy kids throughout the week, but my friend and I had hardly made a sound after walking in and we were actually looking to purchase from the store. Regardless of age, no customer should be cursed at, ESPECIALLY children, I understand that customer service is difficult, but basic manners are expected at ANY store.

I’m a frequent shopper at this location and I’m there almost every week.. It’s a great place to shop almost all employees are courteous and patient but these people that live in rye should really respect the store and employees a lot more, these customers are entitled and think everything will get handed to them.. they complain about everything and cry when they don’t get what they want.. I pick up prescriptions and they’re very impatient when it comes to waiting for their medicine not realizing that there are 2 or 3 employees helping out dozens of people per day! Grow up! Customers check out their full carts of FRONT STORE items in the PHARMACY, I have to catch a train at times and have to wait for the stupid person in front of me checking out cookies soda and chips at the PHARMACY, these customers have 0 respect for the employees at times, they don’t pick up after themselves and GOD FORBID an employee treats them 1/10 of the way they treat the people who work there, THIS IS A CONSTANT THING AND IT NEEDS TO STOP... they complain that the store is messy but 90% of the mess is because they’re lazy and leave their baskets and carts wherever they feel like it.. people need to understand that customer service is not easy!! Treat the people who keep the place running how you would like to be treated!! And if you don’t believe me shop there and then you’ll see what I’m talking about! Besides all this, the location is a great cvs!!

This is probably the worst cvs in this area. The Spanish lady with the short hair is so nasty acts like she’s doing stuff so customers would go to self checkout. I went in yesterday evening and had 2 3 extra bucks because I bought a lot of makeup recently. She said I could not use them toward my purchase only if I buy makeup, I told her I received them because I bought makeup but she refused to help me. She grunted when she had to ring me up. She is so unprofessional. Why is she there when clearly she hates doing her job. I will go in to the store to make an official complaint about her today with her superior. No one should be treated this way.

Went in to pick up my prescription as it was suppose to be ready and the pharmacist told me it wasn’t waited 20 minutes.
