I found that camber getaways do not look after their owners at all ...very bad communication they charge for work that they don't bother doing..and never clean properly..they have a key box system but cleaners leave it open with keys in for anyone to take?? we turned up to our caravan 2 weeks ago and the box was wide open with keys hanging out...overall a terrible service ⁷

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Camber Getaways confirmed our booking and took payment, three weeks later on the day of our arrival we discovered they had double booked our cottage. They made no effort to find us somewhere else but when we managed to find somewhere similar, they refused to cover our costs, citing a loophole in their terms and conditions. They cost us 300!! Horrible to deal with. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Fantastic service from Camber Getaways as always. Friendly staff and a great choice of vans. The vans are listed well with accurate descriptions and clear photos. The van we stayed in was clean & tidy, no smells or mess, looked just like the photos. The caravan came well stocked with all we needed and more & our beds were made up on arrival, which was a nice touch, the van felt homely and was in a good position. The actual park was busy but managed well. The park isn’t owned by camber getaways but staff at camber getaways went out of their way to make sure we were happy whilst staying in the park. Beach a stones throw away and facilities good, plenty to do for the little ones.
Excellent all round. Have stayed with these guys several times and really can't fault them. The ability to pick the exact caravan you want is really helpful, as it enables you to be on the spot at the park that suits you, and have something that is set out in the way that works best for you. The service is also really friendly and helpful The park itself is also pretty good. Some of the facilities are a bit tired, but the staff are generally really friendly and helpful, and the play areas for little ones are actually pretty good .The beach is lovely of course, and there's a surprising amount to do within a 20 minute or so drive.
Great location, caravan was lovely clean and spacious, my son loved all the things he could do on site but especially loved the beach which was close by ️ See you again next year!
Fantastic stay with Camber getaways. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I lost my headphones and they found them and sent them on for me. Thank you. I will always book through them when I go to camber now. Great, clean accomadation with everything you need in them.
