Our first time using Atlantic was for an emergency oil delivery that our current company could not service. We tried many other companies and they all required you to be a customer, Atlantic did not. Pricing was reasonable. The technician was fast and friendly, coming out at 11pm on a Saturday night to get us up and running. We’ll be calling again for our normal delivery!

I recently purchased a house in the seacoast and was looking to have my 29-year old boiler replaced and to switch home heating fuel suppliers at the same time. I had a tech visit for a quote on 11/2 and he was very up front that they were busy so the quote would take a few weeks to turn around. I followed up with the office the first half of December and was told they would follow up and get back to me. I heard nothing after that so I followed up again before Christmas and received an email on 12/30 that said I would have a quote before the end of the following day. The following day I got a call stating that the pictures from the initial visit on 11/2 had been lost and they needed them for the quote. I offered to go into work late on 1/4 so the tech could come by and take pictures/measurements. I stayed home and the tech never called or showed up. I was able to reach the tech on 1/5 and he was very apologetic, but unfortunately I can't continue with Atlantic Fuels based on this experience.

I always have had a great Service with Atlantic Fuel. I had a problem with my oil gelling but they explained it and it makes sense now. They are the best Company to get your fuel from and they are quick and friendly and they have the best prices around.Thank you Atlantic for keeping me warm.
