AISHWARYA provided excellent customer service on the 13 of August 2020. She was welcoming, polite, dedicated and was happy to assist me when I was at the store. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone that's looking to buy anything from YD Top Ryde :)

Extremely rude and condescending. I entered YD at Top Ryde today and asked if they sell a particular pattern of shirt. Only to be responded with “No, we don’t sell that pattern as it is not fashionable (I was after a large checkered shirt which is a pattern currently found on multiple YD suits!). He then continued to tell me that I should try going to a non-fashionable store like Lowe’s as that’s the only place which would sell such an unfashionable shirt. The store attendant than asked me if I was looking for a shirt for an old man, as only old men wear that shirt and I wouldn’t be able to find the shirt in any fashionable store such as YD. Needless to say, rather than this store clerk telling me, no sorry we don’t have that pattern, he repeatedly had to insult my choice of style and tell me how unfashionable I was. I won’t be shopping at this store again and will actively be stopping my friends and family too.

YD at Top Ryde has been the most enjoyable shopping experience I've ever had. Carl stayed back past closing to ensure I got the very best fitting suit for my formal. 5 / 5 stars will be shopping here again thanks to Carl.

Carl at Top Ryde is awesome - very helpful, went into every clothing store in the centre trying to find sun glasses I liked and YD/Carl was the only store/salesperson who was helpful. I would of walked in and out without a purchase if It wasn't for him - thanks again for your help

As always the temperature was way too hot and I couldn't wait to leave there. It's been this way since this shopping centre opened . It's time it was sorted.
