I phoned to ask if the item I wanted was in stock. Yes it was. They held it for me to pick up later that afternoon. While I was there I was looking for something else. A very nice young man helped me out. I wish I had gotten his name. They didn’t have the exact thing but he suggested something similar that I purchased. Who I think was the manager, she was very friendly and helpful too. Much more helpful than another store I visited and much more knowledgeable than the customer service 1300 number. Thank you

08/03/21 - Friendly staff. Woman at counter was extremely empathetic when I exchanged a faulty item. Kids love this store and would shop there again.
Great selection of toys. Low prices. high quality
Bought a toy for my daughter went in the car my wife noticed we got charged twice for the item. We had to drive back wasted our time and paid with card so didn’t even get my money back have to wait 24hrs just wasted my time for someone else’s mistake not happy.
Too many rules for price matching. A percentage off sale at Big W is a legitimate price IMO.

Always great prices but today I was hugely impressed by Josh’s amazing service behind the checkout counter. So unbelievably impressed by his professional manner and impeccable customer service!
Phoned top rude Toymate shop last night to find out if they had any bruder toys in stock. The girl I talked to did not know the brand bruder she after 10 mins on the phone spelling it out for her wile she looked them up she told me they do not sell that brand so I went to another toy shop got the bruder Concrete mixer I also got the Crane from the other toy shop. Then today my wife walked past Toymate top Ryde to see that Toymate top Ryde do sell bruder toys you also had the ones I wanted. Toymate need to train your staff on The products you sell.
