On the whole, I've been treated really well here. Very helpful receptionists. Nurse Mark, Dr Nicki & Dr Locke are very helpful, caring & supportive. They've been of real help during my recent difficulties.

I have been a patient with this surgery since 1975 and have no major problems with the staff or Doctors with the exception of Dr Williams whose manner was reminiscent of medical officers I encountered in the armed forces, perhaps because, (I was informed), he was ex RAF. I would like to be able to contact them by email and have the facility (as I believe is available at the Esplanade Surgery) to use a blood pressure monitor,

Book on the day for appointments great. Want to see the same doctor so you get some kind of consistency highly unlikely maybe impossible. My father was told he was just getting old turned out to be MND . Avoid this place if you can

Needed an emergency appointment for my daughter and spent all morning trying to get through on the phone to them.. I did not succeed in getting through to them which is beyond a joke if you ask me, I’m considering moving to a new doctor now
