Dreadful. Partner needed emergency prescription after loosing vital meds, so called. Pharmacists response, ‘what am I supposed to do about it?’ Now moved to Boots Ryde where they sorted it.

I cannot praise the staff at Tesco Pharmacy highly enough. I was out of my vital medication due to a problem with an online home delivery service. However they kindly gave me a printed a Barcode which I could print out and take anywhere. At first I was reluctant to use Tesco IOW pharmacy due to poor reviews, but when I rang them I was delighted that the phone was answered right away. I asked if the medication I had been waiting for was in stock. They checked and in a few moments assured me it was. I took my Barcode to their Tesco pharmacy and was attended to right away. After a very short wait my much needed medication was prescribed and handed over with a fresh copy of my prescription. Needless to say I am absolutely delighted with the first class efficient service of Tesco Brading Road Ryde Pharmacy. I give them 5 stars!
Turned up at the pharmacy at 9pm to buy medicine and it's closed even though it should be open until 10:30pm.... Staff at tesco advised us to Complain as its a regualar issue..... Now have an unwell 2 year old unable to buy medicine for because staff decided they wanted to go home early
The pharmacy has terrible customer service specially one of the lady pharmacist very bad cuts you off when talking on the phone , can't understand her some times either, even when your in the store and want some info and you come back one or twice or even ask a reasonable question and an very important one too about side effects and she giggles or grins sometimes as if its funny.she gets fed up and makes you wait and can't wait to get away from you, Its beyond me how people like this ever get a medical license, Extremely bad customer service form her. There is 1 other lady pharmacy who is very nice and a few of the staff but that one pharmacy lady is very bad. Some of the staff are nice but not very knowledgeable at all but because of that 1 pharmacy lady I have to give it 1 star. Tesco does not care anymore about there staff or there customers very very bad.
They take your number and say they'll call, but don't. For days. You're supposed to guess if it's ready. Didn't call because they didn't have it (a call to tell me?) Didn't call because it wasn't on next order (why not call?!) Didn't call because it was in, but they had no syringe (why not call so I can tell you that I do?!!) This is medicine, not books being ordered in after all.
