Thank you Ramazan for helping me. Great customer service despite being busy snd short staffed. Had to wait s bit but once a attended they quickly got into action and resolved the issue. The store looks huge but not many people work there.
Sent me in circles twice to avoid doing work which has resulted in me being without a working phone for three days. I’ve had to go to a different Telstra store to get it fixed. At one point they were trying to instruct me on how to get around a security check from another provider so they could avoid processing a change of ownership form. If they tell you it’s sorted don’t listen just go to a different store.
Avoid this store! I will NEVER return again and will not recommend anyone to go to this store. A very painful experience! I wish I had read the reviews prior to going there as there were many similar experiences. I have lodged complaints with Telstra so hopefully they do take my feedback seriously. Went on the 13 Nov (Friday) around 1pm to change from prepaid 4G to 5G post paid plan, and I specifically said medium plan. I was told the system is down and ended up waiting 2 hours (not physically in the shop, was asked to go run errands). When I left the store at 3 pm, I was told the connection would happen within 40 minutes. I asked if the connection would happened today and was assured it would. After countless days of following up, my service was finally connected on 17 Nov (Tuesday) , 4 days later and was told that it is actually 48 working hours (excluding the weekends). It has been super frustrating as I have to wait for at least 1 hour to 4 hours for a customer service officer to respond. I lodged a complaint and just received a call to help with their investigation. To my surprised they connected me on the extra large plan (promotion at the moment, also same price of 65 like the medium plan for 12 months and then 115 for the next 12 months)! Luckily the lady confirmed this with me and I have now changed my plan. Very disappointed and unhappy with their service, and will go to Macquarie Shopping Centre next time. Much better service They are way more efficient.
Best customer service ever, the staff are being so patient and explaining so much details to us about the plans, highly recommended!
Justin is very helpful and polite. There is another guy who refused to do the same help but Justin is just great and do what needs to be done right away. 4 stars only for him.
Excellent top rated customer service from Zain at the Top Ryde store. Very informative & helpful with product choices. Will definitely go back to see Zain if we need anything else.
