Amazing experience! Tasting tea and picking out a teapot. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful shop! It's a high end purchase but a place every tea lover needs to visit.
The staff were very friendly, took the time to explain to me how to best brew the peach tea. Appreciated and followed the advise

Had a bad experience with a Asian sales. Brought in my online purchased tea set for gift wrapping, she refused without ask whether I'm a member. I told her I called and confirmed my purchased is eligible for free gift wrap. She unwillingly agreed to wrap them but handled the teaware like they're from 2 dollar shop. Very disappointing.
Friendly staff and nice shop, just be aware that this t2 shop is not inside the shopping centre its in walkway.
