Located in Top Ryde shopping centre food court,It gets a pass mark. Hot entrees available too. Sushi was ok and so was the vegetarian spring rolls! I feel a bit too much rice with the sushi though and the sushi looked a bit messy

I unfortunately have to give a bad review. Usually a very reliable place, but today I was in a hurry and grabbed some rice paper rolls. Upon returning to work and without opening the box, I saw a hair inside. Would have thought the person preparing and packing the food would notice. Photo uploaded

Sushi not that big and expensive but is nice. Avocado may be a bit brown but everything else is ok
Avoid this sushi place. Shoddy practices and use cheap stuff. Soy sauce is watered down and lighten colour. When applied onto sushi, it was definitely not pure soy sauce. When buying 2 sushi bento boxes, they gave only 1 set of chopsticks and no napkin. Probably normal practice by them as they don’t have an ounce of care. The lack of care would be a concern with me about the process of food handling. After reading other reviews, its seems the place and management hasn’t change and continue to sell poor products. Disgraceful and they should be shut down. Won’t be coming back to them thats for sure
Ordered chicken avocado roll but i found very small size of chicken and avocado which was even smelly and customer service is zero
Expected better quality food from that place. I have got a salmon avo roll today: • There was barely any salmon; • Once you manage to find it you would find that it lacks any flavour - the tasteless salmon I have eaten; • Not enough avo; • Luckily, the rice was boiled properly. You can get much better rolls for the price. Not worth going there at all.
This store is a total rip off. The soy sauce is watered down and the sushi rolls appear full on the top for display but once you bite into them, there is hardly and filling it's all rice. When speaking with staff the lady just rolled her eyes when i asked for a sushi roll thats full they decided to refund rather than sell a worthy product.
