I called to place an order for pickup before the closing time. Its 5.49pm and the store closes at 6pm. I would have been able to pick up my order before the store closed but the person on the phone unapologetically refused to take my order citing closing times. I am standing in the top ryde mall om rhe 3rd floor. They could have prepared my order and scored a sale.

I went to Subway shop at Top Ryde and had ordered for my kids and myself. I don't eat pork meat therefore I asked the lady who is fatter than another girl (both are Asian girls) to get rid of the meat or put it to another half side of foot long bread. The girl was extremely rude and shouted in front of other customers. In the end she didn't understand what I wanted and also she forgot to put sauce in the bread. I brought in the bread and asked for adding sauce. She didn't say anything & no apologize for forgetting it. She is extremely rude and what she does is damaging the reputation about this shop, Subway at Top Ryde. I will never go to this shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and will ask all my friends and families not to buy anything from this shop!!!!!!!!!! I lost my appetite already and I threw my bread away in the trash bin.
