Very nice venue, good bar, great views over the Solent and Appley beach

Attended private fuction. Excellent location with views over the Solent. Two smashing guys behind the bar which was I thought reasonably priced.

What a great building and club only trouble is it's not open enough to encourage people to row sadly they are short of volunteers to coach and run the bar
