Today my husband was Abused for taking back a dress that was faulty with sleeves that were one sleeve normal, one sleeve backwards and he was rudely abused told that it was impossible without the lady behind the counter looking at the dress She said that she did not want to give him back the money he wasn’t allowed to have his money back until he pointed out that the receipt had a 30 day exchange or money back policy. This dress was a birthday gift that he himself had bought from the store and he was disappointed with the woman that serving him today and he will not return now to buy any more clothes . Very Disappointing one that had ask him to go to that store and two I had to take the dress back because it was faulty and three your service.

The sales person or manager (I’m not sure which she was) at this store is the most rude person I’ve met. She did not want me trying too many clothes. I always leave clothes back on their hanger but she commented that it takes forever to cleanup so she did not want too many clothes to be tried on. I still purchased 4 items, which I immediately regretted, as soon as I walked out of the store, because of her attitude. She did not even give a bag at the end and the whole experience left a bitter taste in the mouth. The most disappointing part however is that I posted a complaint on Rockmans website and no one has even bothered to contact me or apologise for the incident. Very disappointing.
