A lovely relaxing place to visit. Its just missing a second till in the cafe part. You have to queue up to buy items from the very well stocked shop with the people ordering food and it takes ages. Even with the social distancing which you would think makes it slower, it still takes as long as it did two years ago. If they had a separate till or means to pay separately for the produce it would make visitors life much easier and the shop would sell much more of their amazing produce. The food - by the way - is delicious.

Free entry, family and well behaved dogs friendly, lovely, happy welcoming staff. Cafe on site. Disabled friendly, free parking. Beautiful grounds and a really peaceful environment. Covid aware and measures in place. A nature walk with activities available. (Bring your wellys).

Great place to visit with so much much to explore. I like the air of peacefulness as you walk through the grounds. The pigs had not long had piglets and were either chomping on apple's or basking in the blazing hot sun as pigs do. A short walk brings you to the Abbey which is an impressive brick built building designed presumably for coolness in the summer heat. There's a shop and beyond it are well kept gardens a cafe with reasonable pricing, which looked busy when we visited so we gave it a miss due to covid 19.

Very picturesque. Lovely spot. We caught an artisan pop up of metal, ceramic and glass workers. Very lovely walk and great view to sea from the ruins. Service was VERY slow in shop..

A hidden treasure. If you like amazing sea views, woodland walks, peace, a place to photogragh or paint, feeding pigs, visiting tea rooms, farm shop and churches, this is the place for you. I would like to make a special mention for Joe. Joe had only worked at the tearoom for a week but you would never have known it. Great service to go with great food.
