I recently entered the world of self-employment and therefore, I needed a laptop and the supporting software to be able to carry out my day to day activities for my business. I am not particularly savvy when it comes to IT and PC Consultants have been brilliant from start to finish. They helped me with choosing the ideal laptop to suit my needs for my role and budget, software and set everything up for me so that I was fully equipped to start my new venture. Nothing was too much trouble, all my questions were answered and explained in a way that I could understand and remotely guided me through various elements of my set up to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I dealt directly with Daniel Dunn who provided a first-class service and is a real asset to their team. I would not hesitate to recommend PC Consultants to friends, family, and business associates in the future. They have been amazing. Thank you so much for your help.

During lockdown both my children’s laptops decided to stop working! As you do we googled the issues we were having and tryed all sorts to get them going again and failed at every attempt! We contacted PC Consultants who had been recommended to me by a friend and I must say they were absolutely amazing! They gave me so much advice and were so helpful! They took both laptops away and got them sorted in no time! They cleared and updated both laptops and repaired a fault and replaced some parts that were needed! The whole time they kept me updated and informed on what was going on! They were so professional and informative right from start to finish! They got my children both up and running in no time which was essential for there schooling at the time!! They provided a fantastic service at a very reasonable cost! I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend PC Consultants to anyone that had any issues you would definitely receive a fantastic service!
I use PC Consultants for work, but i needed some personal advice so that i could get kit (laptop, screen and keyboard / mouse) for my eldest son going to Uni, the team were amazing and gave me all the advice i needed, i purchased the kit and feedback this morning from my eldest was \this laptop is amazing - thanks\ So a huge 5 Star review to the Team at PC Consultants.
PC Consultants are a fantastic company. We have been working with them for the last year and they have been supportive and helpful at every step of the way. They have also gone above and beyond during the current CV19 crisis to support all of our business needs, which have been enhanced due to staff working remotely.
