I ran to get here at 5:50pm sharp. Checked the trading hour before I decided to come. The shop was already closed. From far behind I saw the shopkeeper lady walking away after locking the door. Didn't have time to stop the lady as she walked so fast and then disappeared. You should change the trading hours on google and your website to stop confusing customers. Or put a warning that says 'shop might close 10minutes early if it's not busy, so if you want to come in the last minute, don't come.'

Count your money and triple check your purchases - they make mistakes and then refuse to take responsibility. Sold me a lottery ticket for the wrong draw and put me in an embarrassing position as it was a Christmas present. When I complained they did not give a damn. Luckily, there is another newsagency on Level 1, they cannot be any worse.

Staff were more concerned with serving other Customers rather than helping me as I requested them to look for a package that had been delivered. I waited my turn the same as everyone else but as they were required to take a few minutes to look they continued serving everyone else as they walked in because my package & purchase would take a little longer. Staff member was also very rude.

this store should be investigated. All my amazon orders sent through fastway are being hold on this store and its really difficult to claim! should have been banned by amazon!!! already sent multiple complaints to amazon and wiaiting for outcome updated respose to the owner: All your alibis when you are being exposed!!!

They close early. Drove an hour and half thru sydney traffic to collect a parcel... arrived in time but lights were out and nobody home... Will not be using this news agent. Will also recommend Toll to use better pick up locations.

Jeez,,, found the grumpiest woman serving today. Didn't like to tell me a price of an item when asked. Said hard to do everything in the store by her self. Never ever me or my family go here again. For sure no one will win a lottery purchased from this lady.
