Depends which store you go to . Too Ryde was an unpleasant visit. Bateau Bay store was a very nice shop and staff were very professional

Experienced the worst customer service of my entire life. Extremely rude staff member who displayed an arrogant attitude and rude language. Would strongly recommend people to stay away from this store at Top Ryde Shopping Centre.

My wife and mother-in-law love Millers and were very disappointed when the Chatswood store closed. This one is better than Chatswood ever was and they are happy to have found it.

Sales were on; staff not particularly helpful; only 2 staff on at lunchtime. one -manager(?) on the phone talking loudly while customers queued for the non-existent service; she seemed to find us a bother/nuisance for what she had to do; Clothing that wasn't 15 wasn't marked clearly with signs above the stands as with the sale goods so you assumed it was ALL 15; somewhat underhand; have to read ALL signs carefully, even the the large ones as Millers often have % discount off EVERYTHING. NOT this time so I got caught at the cashiers! My own fault for not looking at each garment's price tag. 5 voucher on next visit is useless for me; if I have just bought say 4 items on sale NOW, I am NOT going to be coming back again within 4 weeks. I've only used 2 out of probably 20 over the years. Worry about sweatshops when I buy. Do they use them? The clothes can be Soooooo cheap!!
