Location is very convenient for me and has enough parking space. People there are friendly and polite. I got help i needed but had to wait atleast 30-45 min which was okay.

Second time and same staff in medicare couldn't do any thing because of poor details. It not fair when you make stress for people and wasting them time.
Was running late and got in just before closing time on Christmas Eve. Kathy, a wonderful customer service officer was able to process my medicare card efficiently, and provided a positive and welcoming reception for me despite my late arrival. Highly helpful and professional service! Thank you kindly.
