Their massage technique is usually good but it depends who you get, one lady went very hard on me and my pain tolerances has always been high, the next day I was covered in bruises and lost significant mobility and strength in my arms from it. I've been getting regular massages most of my life and this is the worst I've ever felt afterwards. Hopefully I'm better in a few days and it isn't anything serious. My greatest concern is that, unfortunately I have skin condition that I was born with called psoriasis, but the staff don't seem to be educated enough to know what that is, don't seem to believe me when I explain it, and often act differently towards me after they notice it.

Today I had a fantastic remedial massage by Jessica. She got into all my knots and they were big! It was easy to ring and book in, the owner/manager was really friendly and professional. Will definitely be back!
I got a excellent remedial massage from Mike. His technique is very good, better than any other normal massage. He try to do his best for 60mins. Thank you again.
Amazing amazing massage please I was able to use my private health fund and paid only 50% of the actual massage fee fantastic I've been looked after after a lady I'm sorry I don't remember the name but she really listen and help me I believe the good plus is that they really do understand English and there qualified not every massage place is a place you want to go and this one is highly recommended I can't wait to go back
Have been here twice, first massage was good but the reception lady who might be the owner yelled at me for not telling her I'm on private health insurance before the massage. Second time I went was only 2 days ago. This time I had an older lady massage me. She was too soft and fast and inconsistent. Not relaxing at all... I felt so uncomfortable and tense. She would kneed one side and leave the other, very bad energy and no want to be there. I told her my back was very sore either side of my spine and she diregarded what I said and stood on my back with about 80kg she made my back worse, I asked her to get off me as it was hurting me a lot. She came down and was roughly punching my foot through the towel. I then complained to reception and they said that she doesn't understand English and that i have to translate what i want half way through the message. No one told me she couldn't speak English before hand and they made me pay still even though I left worse than I came in. Horrible service, horrible massage and careless all around. Will not return
I used to like this place until I experience the service of the boss lady today. She was so rude and impatient. She's just an angry woman. I made a booking for a relative because I used to like the service there I wanted them to go in and enjoy the massage while I took care of payment after but the boss lady insisted payment made because she's going home abd was quite rude to my relative as they got there before me.. can't go back there any more. The man boss is great though.
I always come here to get my knotted muscles loosened up. The masseurs are top notch
Had a very sore back and received an excellent massage. Therapist was professional and did not cause me any pain, felt great the following day, will return again
