We had an awful experience and felt like we had zero support from your agency, neighbours were reporting us for no reason and we always had to prove we were not in the wrong, we were left with no choice but to leave the property and ended up paying double rent almost until the last minute, in 15 years of renting in our opinion you were the worst agency we’ve ever delt with. Hope that clears up my reason for a 1 star review which by the way was left years ago.

Having rented previously through Maher Ross, also privately and with other agents, Maher Ross provide the best service bar none on island and provide smoothest process for applicants looking to rent. Every one I have dealt with have been helpful, efficient and friendly the whole way though, particularly Chris (who remembered me from years ago!) and Courtney. Would 100% recommend to others.
Truly one of the best letting agents I have every dealt with My partner and I move alot due to his job and have therefore been involved with alot of letting agents. Everyone at Maher Ross has been wonderfully helpful at every stage of the process from viewing, to renting to maintenance issues to check out. I honestly cannot fault them, we had some minor issues with our landlord and I never once felt that the agency weren't on my side and supporting me (as can often be the case in other agencies where they always side with the landlord). All maintenance issues were dealt with very promptly and with professional and friendly trades people. We are getting our full deposit back with no arguments or \money grabbing schemes\. They truly are brilliant. Special thanks go to Sarah who has gone above and beyond for us on many occasions! Thanks for everything! Lorna Douglas

I had been pre warned about using Maher Ross as a letting agents, however during my 3 year tenancy i hadnt had many issues that was until i decided to move. I spent 3 years as a good honest tenant and when I moved from my premises at Consort Gardens, East cowes I thoroughly cleaned the premises top to bottom (as an ex soldier I know how to clean and pass an inspection) but was shocked when Maher Ross decided to try and deduct 175 from my deposit. It was clearly a money making move and something im sure through research they have also done to others. I rejected the claim but after being ignored for 2 weeks via email i decided to call and discuss this with Graham. Graham quickly back tracked on it and i still found myself having to make them an 'offer'. I ended up departing with 50 to Maher Ross just to reslove the issue and get the rest of my deposit back. In short i would never use Maher Ross again and i would not recommend anyone else to do so either. I have supporting photos if anyone wanted to discuss. Sean Henderson.
