Absolutely useless, they don't answer the phone and don't give an email address. Called in twice last week and the passport renewal facility was not available as the machine had broken down. The Post Office needs to get its act together!

One star - to the staff, mainly the Indian woman, do me a favour learn to smile and stop looking down at customers! I don't know who you think you are, but a smile doesn't hurt now and again!! I'm sick of the staff's attitude, if you can't be pleasant why are you working there!

This shop has always served the same purpose which is good, shop at the front, post office to the rear. ATM outside too.
Poor experiance, tried to hand in a postage paid, return parcel going back to Amazon, on Sunday 5th March 17. Only to be told it could not be excepted as the post office was closed, the shop was open and a sign outside stated \Post Office\ If the shops open we're open..I pointed out to the man behind the counter that he was sat at the parcel exceptance zone, and I had used the service on a Sunday in the past..he just repeated \The post office closed\ Not very good
