We have had a great battle constantly asking then to stick to the care plan that was put in place by the occupational therapist which they constantly ignored and left my mother-in-law who is 94 in bed hours on end even though the council put in a hoist. When my step father-in-Law got frustrated with them after they left mum in bed for over 23 hours ( on one occasion they left her in bed for 36 hours ) their response was to give us 4 days notice to withdraw their services. My in-laws live on the Isle of Wight with no relatives to count on. They had no regard as to whether we could find a replacement. I would give them no stars if I could!

A dear friend just got dismissed from this company without any notice she is left with no support with a very debilitating condition. She dealt with numerous issues such as her breakfast call being at midday so she was left to starve all morning then her lunch call at 1 or 2, meaning she had to eat lunch straight after breakfast. Some staff members were lovely however there were some she didn't like & was unhappy to let in her house. In her condition she should be able to choose who she wants and feel safe & secure letting virtual strangers into her home. I would not recommend this care company to anyone.
