Sandra and Queena's passion to create a dream experience for their brides to be are so imminent in their work. Knowing them personally, and to have seen, touched and worked with their beautiful weddings gowns... I can just say that the brides to be that get to be dressed by them, are the luckiest brides. Sandra is so genuinely kind, lovely and she will only want the best for her brides. Once you meet her, you will know what I mean. I am sure you will have the best experience. Emerald Bridal also carries such a wide variety of dresses, from the glamorous, to the old hollywood, to boho, to classic styles.... they have so many different styles to suit everyone!!!
As soon as I entered Emerald Bridal I got great vibes! It is a beautiful store, with a variety of elegant, modern gowns. We were helped by Sandra who was absolutely wonderful and made the whole process fun and relaxing. She had helpful, honest suggestions along the way. She really has great taste! I feel like she genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect dress for me. I actually walked out that day with my dress in hand - a perfect fit, beautifully made and within budget! It was an easy decision, I love the dress AND I loved everything about the experience. I would recommend this place to any bride-to-be in a heartbeat.
Highly recommend Emerald Bridal, specifically Sandra. I feel that she is very professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. Also I found that her honestly and good intentions went a long way in making the customer service 10/10. As a side note I’d recommend visiting this shop for the great samples and seconds dresses that they have on offer (in addition to the normal range) Thank you for helping me find my dream dress!
I had a wonderful experience with Sandra & Elena. The first dress I tried on I ended up coming back to after 3 other shops! Sandra gave great advice and she definitely knows her stuff! I have recently purchased/ ordered my Wedding Dress from Emerald Bridal in Ryde NSW, and there certainly needs to be more than 5 stars to rate my experience here with Sandra. Sandra was professional, extremely experienced and truely listened to what I wanted. She wasn’t looking for a “sale” she genuinely wanted to make sure I found the “one” and did everything possible for that to happen. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the entire process from ordering to alterations and final fittings was incredible, not to mention the excitement she expressed when we found “my dress” made me feel like I was shopping with one of my best friends. If you’re looking for a genuine, caring and personalised experience you honestly cannot go past Emerald Bridal. I cannot wait for my dress to arrive. Thank you so very much Sandra!
Sandra helped me to find the perfect dress! After visiting 10 bridal stores I went back to Emerald Bridal to purchase my wedding dress. Sandra was professional, caring, friendly and responsive. Her store is well presented with a cute selection of dresses. During my visits, it felt comfortable and felt like I was shopping with a friend. Sandra provides you with honest feedback and gives you direction on what you should be looking for (great for brides who don't exactly know what they're looking for).
