I specifically went in to the Top Ryde shop and put in my order 2 days ago. All my details and order were taken. I was not provided an order number. My husband is now standing in a 2 hour line as no pre orders are being given! If I had been told this at the time of ordering we would have gone elsewhere. In fact my husband was at the seafood markets yesterday and could have collected our needs then but we decided to support a new local business. Never again!! This is appalling service and we will never be back.
We shopped a variety of seafood from this place once and disappointed to find out when we got home that the ‘fresh fish’ they sold us were all either thawed or COOKED already. The staff would lie to get anything sold
