I would give minus five stars for our latest visit as staff should be trained on how to greet customers correctly in our current pandemic as a young girl said your not allowed in this store to my wife even though she is legally exempt. I was personally wearing one as I am not exempt and you shouldn't have children working as door security on Coles with no education on the guidelines not fair on them or customers. This is only a rule and not the law. Until it becomes unlawful Stores should train their staff on the procedures correctly before they have a lawsuit on their hands.

Large and quite spacious store located on the top floor of Top Ryde shopping centre. The aisles are well marked and its quite easy to find things. Prices are on par with Woolies or other Coles located in the suburbs. 3 hour free parking available in the mall.
First time shopping there, found my items easily, checked out quickly without fuss.
Great Coles, wonderfully set out. The fruit and Veg is always fresh. Its always stocked and the staff are friendly. Wish they had more of range other than roasted chicken, other Coles sell little cups of nuggets/chicken fingers/Wings/ or popcorn chicken. Which i love to grab and snack on while im shopping.
I'm really speechless. During this pandemic period where many families are still facing a crisis, see at the entrance of the shop a lot of bread (real bread! I personally touched and broke it because I didn't want to believe it) covered with glue and colored lights as a Christmas decoration. It would be right to give for free expiring food at the end of the day to those who need it instead of filling it with glue and continuing to ask us for an offer at each our purchase. I am disgusted
I used this Coles for clock and collect. There is minimal signage in a huge car park as to where the click and collect park is. The phone number is the email I was sent did not work, so I drove around the car park for half an hour trying to find it. I only found it because I asked a person who works for Coles where it was. I choose contactless click and collect because I have two small children. By the time we found the park and then waited for our groceries we had been in the car for 45 minutes. It was very frustrating

It is in a good location trading hrs are 7am - 12 am but during lock down the closing time was brought forward . It has a large variety of all your shopping needs and I find that they rarely run out of stock if it does happen it's back in stock the next day.
