Went here with my fiancee for our 3 year anniversary. The staff were lovely, the food was amazing, and the ambiance was wonderful. Just out of Top Ryde itself, but still easy to get to. We had a wonderful night, and our servers were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back.

Got the surf n turf, yummy steak was smokey and lots of flavour. Whole meal was great
Great atmosphere with well presented and cool 60's Cuban decore. Food well excellent portions and tasty. They often have deals for drinks etc which is a bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful and pricing is reasonable for the type of food. Worth a visit.
The food was good. The service was really disastrous, the girl serving us threw the stuff on the table, instead of posting it with kindness, we did the orders and she keep forgot things, we had to repeat them at least 3 times. For a beer we had to wait 10 minutes, and the restaurant was definitely not busy. I don't know if the girl didn't want to work, or wasn't able to do her job. Definitely next time I will think twice before sitting in this PLACE!
The food was great. But the service was below par. The wait staff were friendly enough however the food took forever to arrive. And they completely forgot one of our items..it wasn't until we asked them where it was they then told us it was missed. We told them to not worry about it as we had waited long enough especially since the fries arrived after the tacos for which we had to wait for also. I wouldn't go back to this franchise again.
Nice ambience. Friendly and helpful staff. The lady who served us was very polite and attentive . We enjoyed the food and the drinks were very refreshing . Highly recommended !!
Food was terrible, ordered beans nachos, I was lucky to have about 10 beans on my plate and it looks like they used tomato sauce instead of salsa. I couldn't eat it. I was about to vomit. When I told them it was horrible, all the staff could say was ok. No sympathy whatsoever
