4.8 - I haven't had Bubble Tea in ages but decided to try one again here at Chatime. I had a Thai Milk Tea with Pearls, no sugar, no ice. I was surprised that there was still so much flavour, and it was sweet already without any sugar and it was cold even though there was no ice!! Fantastic. Also, I got a lot of eye contact from staff and they were efficient too. The only thing I would suggest is possibly another menu behind (where people are waiting for their drinks and there is an existing ad there) cos people have space to ponder their choices because the front one blocks people from ordering if I am looking at it. Always useful to have more points of interaction!

Visited on the 25th of March and I’ve got to say my experience was amazing. My drink was phenomenal, probably one of the best I’ve had. I didn’t have to wait for long and the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Will be back soon :)

Please discuss this with your staff and make sure that they don't ever make this mistake again. It's ruined my day. So I asked for a mango mt with double the apple popping pearls, however, I recieved a single serving, even less than that! This is not acceptable! I went and asked for a re-make of my drink, but was told be the counter girl in a defensive manner; 'Yeah, this is double'. I, as a customer, am happily paying for more pearls. It is thereof my right to get what I paid for! I used to come to this franchise because I knew even if I didn't ask for more I wouldn't be greeted with a stingy young lady that dosent know how much to give. IDC how much it costs you to get toppings, please teach your staff how to be proffesinal and generous even if it dosent go with your idea of 'business done right'. Thanks, Ava, A girl that dose not like being take advantage of because of her age.

Disgraceful service on Thursday 25/02/21. Does not even deserve 1 star. Took 15 minutes for them to make 1 drink. The staff were totally incompetent and had no idea how to make it! It was 8pm and they were already starting to pack up when it closed at 9:00pm and refused to make a frozen drink. After waiting 15 minutes we realised our drink was sitting on the label machine and no one had bothered to give it to us. We polietly asked for our drink and it was given to us with attitude by the girl working there. She didnt give us a straw so we again had to ask for one where she refused to answer us or ackwnowldge we were there, instead facing her back to us. This girl working there should not be employed, her attitude is disgusting and needs to be reviewed immediatelly. Will not be returning and i know that plenty of other customers were not happy that night.

The service is good if you go in person but my UberEats experience wasn't great. Chatime has recently launched a new drink series named "Mousse Frost Tea" drinks where the formula is like a frappe with crushed ice. I ordered a "Thai Mousse Frost Tea" on 3 seperate occasions UberEats with Chatime Top Ryde only to receive a normal Thai Milk tea with mousse stacked on top on two occasions in a row. Thankfully Uber provided me a full refund for the incorrect order but it seems like Chatime Top Ryde has blocked me from making an Uber Eats order when it wasn't even my fault that I received the wrong item (in which the incorrect item is cheaper than what I ordered.

Ordered Thai milk tea with everything standard. Received a warm milk tea, with lumps of brown powder stuck the sides and no ice. Not satisfied

I often visit this Chatime to get my favorite drinks, Thai Milk Tea with pearls! It is so delicious.

The Thai milk tea is very watery compared to what you get at other chatimes. Tried it multiple times thinking it was a fluke.
