Self service fuel station but no COVID-19 safety or cleaning equipment was given.
I was confused when filling up here, i then saw i needed to put my card details in before and authorise a payment up to 100. i thought like a vending machine it would authorise and only take amount owed. then 3 days later deducted the 50, which is fair because that was the amount of fuel owed but then today toke out anther 100 and like Peter below, i don't know who to call.

We poured fuel last Saturday. There are no more counter or staff. They use the machine for us to select the hose, swipe our credit card, once we finished and placed the hose back, the amount will be deducted from our credit card. However, when we finished with 50 they did not print out receipt and i got bad feeling about it. Today we checked our credit card and they deducted 100 instead of 50. Now we dont know who to call since there is no number or staff to speak to, will never come back. This is scam
Ok fuel station. Has the water and window washer. The service is quick and professional. Lacks woolworths points and an automatic tyre pressure machine. Many other Caltex stations have those.
